VayK - Boutique Holiday Homes, based in Dubai, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the owner acquisition pipeline for their growing portfolio. This position is high-impact with an uncapped earning potential, where you'll identify and close property owners to expand the managed property base.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in sales, particularly in Dubai's real estate or property management. Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude are crucial. VayK offers a competitive base salary plus commission and a UAE residency visa.

Formación

• 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in Dubai real estate or property management.
• Experience in exceeding revenue targets in a sales environment.
• Ability to self-initiate and manage a pipeline of leads.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify property owner leads through various channels.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreements.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and track progress in CRM.
