Job summary

Nielsonsmith Ltd. in Dubai is seeking an entry-level sales professional to promote our niche conference portfolio. You will present to senior business leaders and close deals with a focus on targets and customer value.

The role offers base salary from 8,000 to 10,000 AED per month plus uncapped commission with an OTE of 15,000 to 20,000 AED monthly. Travel 3–4 times annually is expected.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role selling conference portfolios.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong drive to achieve targets with high motivation.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 times per year.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, Hubspot and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales KPIs and performance targets set by Management.
• Generate new business and grow sales from existing clients.
• Articulate the value of conferences to senior executives.
• Collaborate with UAE and overseas teams to deliver events.
• Sell conference offerings to meet attendee needs.
• Provide first-class customer service to clients and prospects.
• Travel 3–4 times per year to attend conferences and network.
