Job summary

Bidma is hiring a driven consultative salesperson to grow our UAE client base and manage those clients through delivery—from identifying overspend to demonstrating savings, closing deals, and turning savings into reality. This is a commission-focused role with a basic salary and uncapped commission.

Real earnings upside for high performers in the UAE market. Candidates should have proven B2B sales or business development experience, with a preference for those in finance or consulting.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in finance, consulting, or related field.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (visa sponsorship not provided).
• Excellent English; Arabic a plus.
• Startup mindset and ability to work in a founding UAE team.
• Based in the UAE and able to travel to clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach UAE companies with significant supplier and operating spend.
• Show decision-makers the potential savings with no risk and no upfront cost.
• Close new clients and build lasting relationships.
• Review client contracts and spending to uncover savings opportunities.
• Support supplier negotiations to secure better terms.
• Be the client’s main point of contact throughout engagements.
