Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily bar operations in line with hotel standards
• Prepare and serve beverages consistently, following approved recipes and presentation guidelines
• Support the development and regular updating of creative cocktail and mocktail offerings
• Assist with beverage knowledge training for the service team
• Deliver professional customer service according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and service areas
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to service requests
• Handle guest complaints during shifts and record details for follow-up
• Monitor guest facilities and service quality throughout operating hours
• Control bar stock, perform reordering, and follow security proceduresConduct monthly inventory checks and reconciliation
• Maintain bar equipment and support routine maintenance
• Participate in cluster bartender activities and team initiatives
• Carry out reasonable tasks as assigned by management
