Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional, energetic bartender in Dubai to join our hospitality team. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain an organized and hygienic bar area, process orders and payments, and ensure guest satisfaction while complying with UAE hospitality standards.

The role requires knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, hygiene standards, and customer service. Flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected in a dynamic Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or beverage service certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail preparation, mocktails, garnishes, glassware, and bar service.
• Familiarity with food and beverage hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide professional and friendly bar service to guests.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, juices, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and other menu items.
• Take beverage orders accurately and process orders efficiently.
• Recommend beverages and provide information about menu items.

• Set up the bar before service and complete closing procedures.

Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining an organized and hygienic bar area, providing excellent guest service, managing bar inventory, processing orders and payments, and ensuring compliance with hospitality, health, safety, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide professional and friendly bar service to guests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, juices, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and other menu beverages.
• Take beverage orders accurately and process orders efficiently.
• Recommend beverages and provide knowledgeable information about available menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Set up the bar before service and complete closing procedures after service.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure glassware, bar equipment, utensils, and workstations are clean and properly maintained.
• Follow company policies and applicable UAE hospitality and safety requirements.
• Support special events, banquets, functions, and high-volume service periods when required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or beverage service certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail preparation, mocktails, garnishes, glassware, and bar service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
