Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Bartender for Imperial Services to craft beverages, manage bar inventory, ensure high standards of service, and engage a diverse international clientele. The role supports luxury hospitality in a premium resort environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of bartending experience in luxury settings and may have barista or mixology background. Presence in a high-end venue with strong presentation skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a luxury setting.
• Experience in an international luxury hotel or comparable venue is preferred.
• Experience as Barista or Mixologist is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes.
• Create visually appealing drinks reflecting luxury-service standards.
• Develop or present beverages with creativity while maintaining consistency with recipes.
• Maintain current knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, coffee and other beverages.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and provide attentive service to an international clientele.
• Set up and organize the bar before each service period.
• Monitor beverage, garnish, glassware and operating-supply levels; maintain bar inventory records.
• Inspect delivered products for quantity, quality and compliance with standards and report issues.
• Follow portion controls and help minimize waste; maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene.
• Coordinate with service colleagues to ensure accurate and timely orders and handle multiple guest requests.

Ideal Profile

• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in a similar bartending position.
• Proven background within an international luxury hotel or comparable venue.
• Previous experience as a Barista or Mixologist is advantageous.
• Club Lounge or other luxury-service experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.
• Confident engaging with guests from varied cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and careful attention to grooming.
• Able to manage multiple tasks during busy service periods.
• Cooperative team player with a customer-focused approach.
