Job summary

IIQAF Group in Dubai is seeking a professional bartender to join our hospitality team. You will prepare and serve beverages, keep a clean, organized bar, and ensure guests receive excellent service while following health and safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, mocktails, garnishes and POS cash handling. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected; benefits include medical insurance, paid leave, UAE visa, uniform, and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or beverage service certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail preparation, mocktails, garnishes, glassware, and bar service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide professional and friendly bar service to guests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, juices, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and other menu beverages.
• Take beverage orders accurately and process orders efficiently.
• Recommend beverages and provide knowledgeable information about available menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Set up the bar before service and complete closing procedures after service.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure glassware, bar equipment, utensils, and workstations are clean and properly maintained.
• Follow company policies and applicable UAE hospitality and safety requirements.
• Support special events, banquets, functions, and high-volume service periods when required.
