Job summary

The Espresso Lab in Dubai is hiring a Barista to join its growing team. You will craft espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to a high standard in a fast-paced, design-led cafe where guest experience matters.

The ideal candidate is aged 20–29, presentable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure. No formal barista certification is required, but a passion for coffee and strong customer service helps you thrive. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to brand standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Deliver a warm, memorable coffee experience to every guest at the counter.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee bar and workstation.
• Manage stock levels and flag reordering needs.

This role suits someone who genuinely loves coffee and wants to build real expertise behind the bar, crafting espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to a consistently high standard. You’ll work in a fast-paced, design-led café environment where precision, presentation, and guest experience matter just as much as the coffee itself. The ideal candidate is aged 20–29, presentable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking during busy service periods without losing warmth or composure. No prior barista certification is required, but a strong interest in coffee craft and excellent customer service instincts will set you apart. This is a great opportunity to learn from a multi-award-winning barista team and grow within a brand that has represented the UAE on the world stage of specialty coffee. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to brand standards
