Job summary

Responsibilities

• Bar Support & Preparation: Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware; ensure bar areas are prepared before service; support bartenders during peak periods to maintain speed.
• Cleanliness & Organisation: Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar; wash, polish, and restock glassware; manage waste and recycling.
• Stock & Deliveries: Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating bar stock; support stock counts and inventory checks; report shortages or issues to senior bar staff.
• Standards & Discipline: Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures; maintain professional appearance and conduct; support opening and closing duties.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Support & Preparation

• Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar
