Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a Barback to support the Bar service smoothly. This role involves preparing beverages, assisting in cocktail creation, and ensuring top-notch guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a luxury setting, possess an internationally recognized certification, and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
• Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests.
• Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing the Bar menu.
• Ensure efficient and consistent service during service periods.
• Handle minor complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily checklist and ensure all duties are completed.
