Job summary

The Food and Beverage Group is seeking a Barback in Dubai to support bar operations by ensuring bartenders have the tools, stock, and setup needed for fast, efficient service. This role emphasizes bar readiness, cleanliness, and service readiness during peak periods.

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a busy environment; hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Bar Support & Preparation: Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware; ensure bar areas are prepared before service; support bartenders during peak periods to maintain speed.
• Cleanliness & Organisation: Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar; wash, polish, and restock glassware; manage waste and recycling.
• Stock & Deliveries: Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating bar stock; support stock counts and inventory checks; report shortages or issues to senior bar staff.
• Standards & Discipline: Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures; maintain professional appearance and conduct; support opening and closing duties.
