Job summary

La Petite Maison in Dubai seeks a skilled Mixologist to craft cocktails to specification and deliver memorable guest experiences at a beachfront opening. You will work the bar with speed and precision, while keeping the space clean and presented to the highest standards.

As part of a luxury hospitality concept, you will help develop new drinks and seasonal specials, support and mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with the floor team during service to ensure seamless guest

Qualifications

• Solid cocktail experience in a good bar or restaurant.
• Creative and precise with drinks.
• Warm and confident with guests.
• Fast and organised when it is busy.

The Role

As Mixologist, you make the drinks people remember. You work the bar with speed and precision, look after guests sitting in front of you, and help bring the cocktail list to life.
