Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality and can-do approach.
• Strong knowledge of Banquet operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards always.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor or Director of Banquets.
