Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Banquet Server to provide professional service during events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in line with brand standards. This full-time role requires a refined hospitality touch and a passion for luxury service.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a luxury banquet setting, strong English communication, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury-brand banquet role.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
• Present menus and explain daily specials.
• Ensure proper table setup and ambiance.

• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Banquet Supervisor or Manager.

About the role

The Banquet Server provides professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the outlet’s standards.

What you will do Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. 1. Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
2. 2. Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
3. 3. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
4. 4. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
5. 5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
6. 6. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
7. 7. Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards always.
8. 8. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor, Assistant Banquet Manager or Director of Banquets.

What you bring

• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of Banquet operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
