Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, and coordination with Concierge and Guest Services for a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining accommodations and payment terms.
• Checks guests out and presents the bill, ensuring accuracy.
• Responds to guest requests with warmth and personal touches to maximize satisfaction.
• Uses computer systems to check guests in/out, run reports and manage room blocks.
• Assists with concierge and guest services duties as needed.
