Job summary

Four Seasons Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences for guests. You will welcome guests, register them, explain accommodations and payment methods, and handle luggage with courteous professionalism.

As part of the Front Office team, you will respond to a wide range of guest requests, check guests in/out efficiently, and coordinate with Concierge and Guest Services to deliver exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar luxury role.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; Arabic a plus.
• Experience with front desk procedures and guest services in luxury hotels.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations and payment methods.
• Checks guests in/out efficiently, issues keys, and handles luggage.
• Responds to guest requests with personalized recommendations to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintains balanced cash bank and processes transactions at shift end.
• Handles guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, including phone and in person.
• Operates hotel computer systems to check in/out guests, run reports, and block rooms.
• Coordinates with concierge and guest services for smooth guest experience.
• Resolves guest issues and inquiries while adhering to Four Seasons policies.
