Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is representing a 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi seeking experienced Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team and deliver a refined, professional guest experience.

The ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or fine dining settings, strong service skills, and fluent English. The role offers visa sponsorship, accommodation, transport, meals, and standard local benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, cafe, lobby lounge, or similar F&B environment.
• Prior experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards and basic sequence of service.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional, and courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and sequence of service.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for guest service.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dishes, beverages, ingredients, and special promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest feedback or minor concerns politely and report issues to the supervisor when needed.
• Support upselling of menu items, beverages, desserts, and special offers.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Follow grooming, appearance, and service standards as per hotel policy.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.
