Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel/front desk is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest relation skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations and payment.
• Checks guests in/out efficiently and accurately, handling keys and rooms.
• Responds to guest requests with personal recommendations to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintains accurate guest accounts, bills and currency exchanges as needed.
• Operates front desk computer systems to run reports and manage reservations.
• Ensures smooth operation during night shift and supports concierge and services.
