Responsibilities

• Coordinate service with chefs and stewards for events.
• Prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment.
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and breaks are ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver.
• Move, lift, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds; stand for long periods.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
