Nair Systems is seeking a UAT – Digital Channels Coordinator to oversee day-to-day digital channel operations across ATM, CCDM, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking for UAE banking operations.

You will drive UAT/SIT activities, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure timely issue resolution, with strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory alignment. This role is full-time, on-site in the UAE.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (CS/IT) or banking/finance.
• Experience in banking operations and enterprise IT support frameworks.
• Proven skills in IT incident management and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide BAU operational support for ATM/CCDM/IB/MB platforms.
• Monitor digital channel availability and performance to ensure service continuity.
• Handle customer complaints and service requests related to digital channels.
• Coordinate maintenance, installations, and vendor follow-ups for ATM/CCDM.
• Support regulatory reporting and cash-related reconciliation tasks.
• Participate in UAT, SIT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Prepare test cases, execute tests, log defects, and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
• Support Core Banking and Digital Channel upgrade initiatives.
