Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Bancatakaful Portfolio Manager in Abu Dhabi to drive performance, governance, and risk control across the Bancatakaful portfolio, deliver senior management reporting, and ensure SLA oversight of Takaful providers.

You will lead product and process improvements, coordinate with providers and internal teams, and support audits and risk controls while building dashboards and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Bancatakaful products and market practices.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding capabilities for governance and risk.
• Experience with risk control frameworks, audits, and BCM processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bancatakaful portfolio end-to-end with performance tracking against targets.
• Oversee Takaful Provider sales teams and MIS members.
• Support budget, forecast inputs and variance commentary for reviews.
• Escalate breaches and drive corrective action through governance forums.
• Build portfolio performance dashboards with leading and lagging indicators.
