Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB in Abu Dhabi is seeking a sales-focused leader to drive core banking product sales and cross-sell related services. You will build strong relationships with clients and coordinate with branches and internal teams to meet targets.

You will supervise a team, oversee daily activities via digital platforms, ensure compliance with credit policies, and push initiatives that enhance profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent PC skills.
3-5 years' experience in selling banking products or in a financial industry.
Leadership and Team Management Skills.
Strong customer relationship management capability.

Responsibilities

Sell Core product and encourage cross selling of other direct sales products in assigned territory.
Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers and internal departments/branches.
Manage daily activities and staff performance through digital platforms.
Adhere to FAB policies, SOPs, Code of Conduct and service standards; initiate disciplinary action for violations.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for other business divisions and increase profitability.
