Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a results-driven sales leader to manage a team in the UAE. The role focuses on selling Core products, cross-selling other direct sales products, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to credit policy.

You will drive daily activities via digital platforms, motivate staff, and deliver performance through effective supervision and structured MIS reporting across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent PC skills.
• 3–5 years' experience in selling banking products.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales, service quality, and customer relations.
• Good knowledge of bank retail products.
• Strong computer and organizational skills; market knowledge.
