Azadea Group's Bakery Commis role focuses on ensuring quality and process control of bread across outlets in Ras Al Khaimah. You will follow recipes, HACCP standards, and portion controls while preparing items for service.

You will participate in opening and closing duties, manage stock and deliveries, and maintain sanitation and safety across shifts. English fluency and a high school degree are required, with 0–2 years' experience.

Responsabilidades

• Check at shift start that par-level supplies are on hand and reorder from internal store.
• Prepare bakery items per recipes, HACCP, portion control, and presentation; dispatch to outlets.
• Handle opening/closing duties and assist with stocking/receiving goods.
• Prepare bakery delivery orders for external customers and package per guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation; clean fridge, shelves, counter; sharpen knives.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents to management.
• Check shelf life, tag production/expiry dates, monitor waste, estimate needs.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer inquiries.
