Job summary

Azadea Group in Dubai is seeking a bakery operations assistant to help run daily shifts and maintain quality across displays and freshly produced items. You will check shelf life, tag expiry dates, handle sanitation, receive orders, and support in HACCP-compliant preparation and portion control, while ensuring safety and accuracy in par levels.

Applicants should have a High School degree and up to 1 year of F&B experience; reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work within a busy team

Qualifications

• Check shelf life and expiry dates on products.
• Follow safety, security and HACCP procedures.
• Sanitize work station and equipment, clean fridge and counters.
• Receive orders, prepare items and display per recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of products to answer inquiries and provide observations.

Responsibilities

• Check shelf life of products and tag production/expiry dates.
• Follow fire/safety procedures and report incidents.
• Receive food orders and prepare items as per recipes and HACCP.
• Open/close duties and stock and receive goods as needed.
• Sanitize work station during shift and clean equipment.
• Ensure par levels and place internal store orders.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer inquiries.
