Job summary

Fexmax in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead day-to-day B2C sales operations, coach executives, and drive revenue targets in a fast-paced fintech environment, with a focus on forex and online trading products.

You will set targets, monitor activity, review calls, and collaborate with Marketing and Compliance to optimize lead quality, conversion rates and customer activation while maintaining a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sales experience with 1–2 years in management.
• Experience in Forex/CFD or fintech industries preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of B2C Sales Executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor performance.
• Drive registration, activation and revenue targets.
• Coach executives through calls, objection handling and closing.
• Analyze sales metrics and optimize funnel performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing to improve lead quality.
