Job summary

RENOVATION FURNITURE TRADING LLC is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist in the UAE to drive growth in the interior fit-out and window treatment sector. You will engage with interior designers, architects and contractors to secure commercial and residential projects and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

Leverage technical drawing literacy to assess requirements, guide clients on motorized shading solutions, and coordinate with operations for on-site execution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum in B2B or B2C sales within interior fit-out, architectural finishes, or window treatment in UAE/GCC.
• Ability to read architectural/interior drawings and understand motorized shading system requirements.
• Existing network of interior designers, architects, consultants, and fit-out contractors in UAE is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new commercial and residential projects targeting interior designers, architects, main contractors and fit-out consultants.
• Serve as the internal product specialist for our window treatment portfolio including motorized blinds, curtains, shading systems and fabrics; guide clients on technical specs, automation and aesthetics.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle from initial inquiry, site measurement, verification and take-offs to quotation, sample submissions and final order closing.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and flawless on-site execution.
• Monitor regional construction trends and upcoming developments to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key specifiers and decision-makers to secure repeat business.
