MEP Emart is seeking a passionate Software Sales Associate in Dubai to drive B2B software sales, develop strategic partnerships, and close deals with distributors and retailers. The role emphasizes proactive planning, multi-channel engagement, and a results-driven approach in a fast-paced HVAC/MEP environment.

You will cultivate relationships, deliver product demos, and collaborate with the product team to align solutions with customer needs, aiming to exceed monthly targets and grow market

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably B2B software)
• Strategic planner and go-getter in sales
• Excellent communication across in-person, online and written channels

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute sales strategies across the sales cycle
• Lead campaigns via cold calls, emails, social media and digital marketing
• Create hooks to secure customer appointments (online or onsite)
• Demonstrate products and address objections to close deals
• Follow up with prospects to accelerate decisions and close
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Convert prospects into customers and manage key accounts with product team support
• Forecast sales accurately and manage quotes, orders, and internal communications
