Job summary

Faircode Middle East IT Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to lead software sales activities and drive business growth in Dubai. You will develop sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, run product demonstrations, and close deals with enterprise clients across ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS and related applications.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in software or IT solution sales, a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership and presentation skills, and a proven track record

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/IT/related field.
3–5 years in Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
1–2 years in sales leadership/managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of B2B enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify and acquire new clients via networking, referrals, cold calling, and partnerships.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closure.
Lead client meetings, demos, and proposal discussions.
Mentor and motivate the sales team to hit goals.
Collaborate with technical teams for smooth handover.
