Job summary

Aneeq is expanding its reach across the UAE with a field-based B2B Sales Representative. You will build and own the partner network among clinics, doctors, gyms, spas, and pharmacies, traveling across the Emirates to open doors and convert conversations into partnerships that drive customers to our telehealth brand.

This build-from-the-ground-up role requires credibility with doctors and wellness professionals, strong English, and a disciplined CRM approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the B2B pipeline across the UAE.
• Onboard clinics, GP practices, doctors, gyms, spas, wellness centres, and pharmacies.
• Run the referral engine with promo codes and referral links.
• Negotiate consignments and placements with licensed clinics and pharmacies.
• Be the trusted point of contact for partnered professionals; maintain weekly pipeline updates.
• Keep CRM updated with partners, leads and activations.

aneeq is one of the UAE's fastest-growing men's telehealth brands, giving men discreet, doctor-led care in hair loss, weight management, sexual health, and skincare, delivered quietly to their door.

Now we're taking that story offline, and we're looking for the person who'll carry it into clinics, gyms, and wellness spaces across the country.

This is a build-from-the-ground-up role. As our field-based B2B Sales Representative, you'll create, develop, and own Aneeq's entire partner network, the face of the brand to doctors, clinic managers, and wellness partners across the UAE. You'll spend your days on the road, opening doors, earning trust, and turning conversations into partnerships that send real customers our way. What you'll own

• Build and grow the B2B pipeline from scratch — prospecting, qualifying, and expanding partners across the UAE
• Open and onboard clinics, GP practices, doctors, gyms, spas, wellness centres, trainers, and pharmacies
• Run the referral engine — managing partner promo codes and referral links that keep gyms, spas, and trainers actively sending customers
• Negotiate consignment and bulk placements with licensed clinics and pharmacies, fully in line with UAE regulations
• Become the trusted point of contact for the doctors and professionals you bring on board
• Stay in the field — regular visits, sharp instincts for upsell, and clean weekly reporting on pipeline and activations
• Keep every partner, placement, and lead accurately tracked in the CRM

What you bring (must-haves)

• A valid UAE driving licence and your own car — this role lives on the road
• UAE-based, full-time, and ready to move across the Emirates
• A proven closer in B2B, field sales, or business development — a self-starter who builds pipeline, not excuses
• The presence and polish to sit across from doctors, clinic managers, and pharmacists with credibility
• Confident English and disciplined CRM habits
