GMG in Dubai is seeking a B2B Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, approvals, CRM updates, and client communications. You will organize project leads, follow up on opportunities, and ensure accurate records of all activities.

You will coordinate calendars, arrange client visits, and prepare documentation for meetings, while collaborating with internal teams to address client questions and track progress in the CRM.

Competenze

• Proven experience in coordinating or administrative roles, preferably in sales or B2B.
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organization and multitasking with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Quotations & Approvals: track open quotations, client follow-up; coordinate LPO processes; maintain up-to-date filings and approvals; monitor upcoming projects; identify opportunities; log leads.
• CRM Management: own and maintain CRM; ensure accurate recording of interactions, quotations, and project details; generate regular status reports.
• Client Follow-Up & Relationship: proactively follow up on quotations, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to address questions.
• Calendar & Meeting Coordination: arrange schedules for B2B managers; prepare documentation; track and confirm client meetings.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain records of sales activities and progress; compile reports on quotations, leads, and projects.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Marketing; experience in sales coordination or admin in B2B/project environments.
