B2B Project Sales Executive – Furniture & FF&E

Job summary

GMG Home seeks a B2B Sales Executive to win and convert project and trade business for Suncoast and Modora across the UAE. You will own assigned segments end to end—from prospecting and quoting to delivery, invoicing and payment—while collaborating with developers, contractors and designers.

You will manage quotes, negotiate terms, and drive revenue growth, maintaining CRM records and coordinating with operations to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or proven B2B sales experience.
• 3–5 years in B2B or project sales in the UAE.
• Sector experience in furniture, FF&E, outdoor living, hospitality supply.
• Established network among UAE developers, contractors, landscapers, interior designers or hotel procurement.
• Proven ability to take a project from first meeting to PO, including samples, revisions and negotiation.
• Candidates must present one worked example at interview.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed order intake and invoiced revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.
• Quote conversion and maintaining margin discipline.
• CRM usage and pipeline reporting; keep data accurate.
• Prepare quotations within pricing authority; escalate outside it.
• Own client communication on quotes, samples and specifications.
• Follow quotes through to purchase orders, including samples and negotiations.
• Hand over won orders to operations with delivery, access and payment terms.
• Track live projects through production, delivery, installation and invoicing.
