Job summary

Wall Street Jr. Group in Dubai seeks an energetic sales closer to drive new business. You will be on the phones, in meetings, and in front of clients, turning curious leads into long-term relationships and building your pipeline.

You'll manage CRM data, coordinate onboarding with internal teams, and strive to hit monthly sales and revenue targets while growing with the WSJr ecosystem. This role is in-person in Dubai, with a strong commission structure and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year UAE experience in sales, telecalling, Business Development, or client-facing roles.
• English plus Hindi or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and run outbound calls daily.
• Lead in-person client meetings and presentations.
• Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM clean.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Hit monthly sales and revenue targets.
