Right Way Accounting & Bookkeeping L.L.C in Dubai seeks a dynamic sales representative to promote services, generate leads, and manage client relationships. You will be responsible for outbound calls, lead generation, and converting opportunities into paying clients in a commission-based environment.

You will make outbound calls, follow up via WhatsApp and calls, and collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
• Candidates with UAE sales experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company services.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities through telephone calls.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and related business services.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and management team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and target achievement.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information about company services.
