Job summary

Alaan is seeking an Account Executive in the Middle East to drive growth with a full-cycle sales focus. You will prospect, run product demos, negotiate, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise prospects, building pipeline and owning the customer journey from first touch to onboarding.

Fluent English is essential, Arabic a plus, and you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation including equity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in lead-generating or outbound B2B SaaS sales.
• Hunter mindset with a target-driven approach.
• Comfort with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and using sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and qualify new business opportunities via outbound channels.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead gen to discovery, demo, negotiation and closing.
• Deliver tailored product demos addressing prospect pain points.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across personas.
• Lead customer onboarding with the Customer Success team for smooth handover.
• Own the customer activation cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
