Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a proactive Marketing Production & Activations Specialist to join our client in Dubai. You will act as the on-ground liaison between UK & South Africa leadership and the UAE market, overseeing asset production and the on-site execution of brand activations across the UAE.

The role requires 3–5 years in Marketing Production or Activations within the UAE, strong vendor networks, and exceptional English communication. Hindi/Urdu fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Marketing Production, Activations, or Account Management within the UAE.
• Proven track record with Dubai-based production houses and local supply chains.
• Background in Building Materials, Construction, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
• Fluency in Hindi or Urdu is mandatory. Tagalog or other Indian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage relationships with high-quality Dubai-based printing houses, Building Material, fabricators, and promotional gift suppliers.
• Lead the end-to-end production of marketing collateral, from large-format site signage and building wraps to brochures and corporate gifts.
• Coordinate setup, logistics, and teardown of marketing events and activations.
• Provide consistent reports to leadership in UK & South Africa, aligning on global timelines.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with vendors using local market insights
