The role emphasizes print production, supplier management, and client-facing coordination, with a focus on delivering physical branded assets within the UAE market. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of print materials finishing and production workflows.
• Proven supplier negotiation and quote comparison experience.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail especially for proofing and physical QC.
• Strong English grammar and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full production lifecycle for printed and fabricated brand assets from brief to final delivery.
• Act as the UAE point of contact for internal stakeholders and client teams on production requests.
• Source and manage relationships with UAE printing houses and related suppliers.
• Conduct in-person quality checks to ensure finished goods meet brand standards.
• Create repeatable workflows for ordering, proofing approvals and production tracking.
