Job summary

Grant Thornton UAE is seeking a Marketing Activation Manager to lead market activation across events, sponsorships, communications, digital, paid media and client engagement. You will translate campaign priorities into coordinated execution, manage the activation calendar and drive cross‑functional delivery with a focus on growth.

In this role you’ll lead a team, collaborate with PR and executive profiling, and ensure activations align with firm priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
Minimum 5 years in marketing execution, with multi-channel experience in B2B environments.
Experience in professional services or financial services is preferred.
Strong cross-channel campaign delivery with outcomes-focused results.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms; proficient communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of campaigns across events, digital, social, email, sponsorships, paid media and client communications.
Own activation calendar and ensure delivery across paid, earned, owned and in-person channels.
Plan event and sponsorship programmes with clear objectives, audiences and outcomes.
Lead and develop the Marketing Activation Team; set delivery standards and oversee quality of output.
Coordinate intake, scope requests and delivery across internal teams, agencies and vendors for brand consistency.
Support PR, thought leadership and executive profiling in partnership with Communications Lead and Marketing Director.
Oversee sponsorship activation and market communications aligned with firm priorities.
Track campaign performance, maintain records and deliver post-activation reviews.
