Qualifications

• 5+ years in GCC promotional/marketing solutions environments with hybrid capability.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder activation projects involving creative, ops, and client-facing teams.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a regional advantage.
• Proficient in presentations and marketing/project coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Structure offerings into ready-to-sell solutions across promotional, digital, and omnichannel activations.
• Lead trade marketing activations end-to-end from concept to evaluation.
• Partner with Sales to provide solution recommendations and narratives.
• Develop sales enablement assets and success stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional with Sales, Creative Studio, and Operations.
