Job summary

360 F&B HUB in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to bring in beverage and snack founders, international brands entering the region, and retailers needing private label. You will be based in the UAE and cover the GCC, MENA and India.

You will build relationships at trade shows, run discovery calls, and manage a pipeline in CRM, reporting weekly. The role includes visa sponsorship and a commission-based pay structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development in food & beverage, co-packing, packaging, ingredients or FMCG.
• A track record of closing deals with founders, brand owners or procurement teams.
• Comfortable on the phone, in meetings and on an exhibition stand.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or another regional language is a strong plus.
• Network in the GCC, MENA or Indian F&B market is a plus.
• Ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Find and open new clients across the GCC, MENA and India — calls, emails, LinkedIn, introductions
• Represent 360 F&B HUB at trade shows and industry events (Gulfood, SIAL and others) and follow up every lead
• Run first meetings and discovery calls, qualify the project, and hand a clear brief to our product team
• Keep the pipeline in our CRM up to date and report weekly
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, free zones and referral partners
