Advance Business Consultancy, a leading F&B consultancy in the UAE, seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the UAE. You will identify new opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients by engaging restaurant owners, investors, and hospitality businesses, presenting tailored consultancy services and proposals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, target-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, consulting, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B and hospitality sector.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Arrange and attend meetings with restaurant owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and hospitality businesses.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable consultancy services.
• Present company services and proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the F&B industry.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
• Represent Advance Business Consultancy professionally at meetings and industry events.
