Geisinger is a large healthcare system seeking a Senior Enterprise Pharmacy Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across commercial, employer, and PBM channels.

You will lead negotiations, develop market growth strategies, and build a high-performing team while partnering with health plan sales to position pharmacy benefits as a differentiator.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in pharmacy or related field.
• 7+ years in managed care pharmacy, PBM, health plan, or related industry.
• 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 10 years pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 7 years managerial/supervisory experience.

• Design and commercialize innovative pharmacy products and benefit strategies.
• Lead pharmacy strategy for RFP responses, employer proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing pharmacy sales and strategy team.
