Jetex is a global leader in executive aviation offering an expanding network of locations and a full suite of trip support services. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with stakeholders, and build a strong candidate pipeline across international locations.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless pre-employment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Hands-on experience headhunting and proactively sourcing candidates.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent mapping, and direct outreach.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and draft market-relevant job descriptions.
• Manage recruitment across departments, operations, and international locations.
• Head hunt and engage suitable candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across markets.
• Advertise vacancies on relevant platforms and social channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Maintain candidate communications and a positive recruitment experience.
• Support reference checks and offer preparation.
