We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with stakeholders, and build a strong candidate pipeline across international locations.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless pre-employment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Hands-on experience headhunting and proactively sourcing candidates.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent mapping, and direct outreach.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Maintain candidate communications and a positive recruitment experience.
• Support reference checks and offer preparation.

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process and work closely with internal stakeholders to attract and hire suitable talent across the organization.

The role will involve candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, onboarding support, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Job Duties & Accountabilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and draft clear, market-relevant job descriptions.
• Manage recruitment across various departments, operational functions, and international locations.
• Proactively headhunt and engage suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job portals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify relevant candidate pools, competitor talent, and availability across different markets.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against the role requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and support salary discussions and offer preparation for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to support a smooth pre-employment and onboarding process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within hospitality, luxury retail, or a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Must have hands‑on experience in headhunting and proactively sourcing candidates.
• Must be experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean searches, talent mapping, and direct candidate outreach.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Proven experience screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing multiple vacancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
