Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Service Station Manager in Dubai to lead the service centre team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of maintenance and support services. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and KPI management in a fast-paced aviation support environment.

You will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, manage staff, and communicate with customers and management to meet service level agreements and performance targets.

• Communicate KPIs and SLAs to RH Aero Systems and customers, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
