Job summary

Dulsco Group in Dubai seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to drive aviation manpower outsourcing, identifying new business opportunities and leading end-to-end tender processes. You will coordinate with operations and HR to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in BD within manpower outsourcing, GCC market knowledge, and strong negotiation, presentation, and data skills. UAE-based travel and client engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development within manpower outsourcing.
• Proven track record of winning and managing large-scale manpower contracts.
• GCC market knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• High IT literacy with strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Able to work effectively within a team.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sales experience across varied roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Ensure meetings are set in advance with agendas.
• Distribute minutes and follow up on actions promptly.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline for aviation manpower outsourcing.
• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and pricing in line with policy.
• Lead end-to-end tender and proposal processes (RFP/RFQ).
• Be primary contact for clients, ensuring onboarding and transitions.
• Conduct site visits and requirement analysis for tailored solutions.
• Develop sales strategies for aviation vertical; monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with Operations, Resource Planning, Recruitment, HR, Compliance.
• Be SME on contracts and escalation touchpoints.
• Maintain CRM updates on opportunities, proposals, and forecasts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales, revenue and headcount reports.
