Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or aviation-related field.
• IATA Cargo or DGR certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft parts logistics and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics for aircraft spares, tools, and materials.
• Coordinate AOG movements with fastest routing and customs clearance.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and manage vendor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with GCAA/IATA/ICAO and customs regulations.
• Verify AWB, invoices, packing lists, exports, and permits.
• Lead coordination with freight forwarders, airlines and internal teams.
• Track costs, validate invoices, and support KPI monitoring.
• Supervise logistics staff and drive process improvements.
