Job summary

Air Arabia in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Logistics Officer to support day-to-day operations for aircraft spares, tools, and materials. You will handle shipment execution, documentation accuracy, and coordination with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key tasks include tracking shipments, preparing AWBs and commercial documents, and ensuring compliance with aviation and customs regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation or related field.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Understanding of air cargo operations (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling import, export, cross-trade, courier, and local deliveries of aircraft parts and consumables.
• Support coordination of routine, urgent, and AOG shipments as per operational requirements.
• Track shipments proactively and follow up with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate shipment execution in line with operational priorities and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain organized shipment records, logs, and trackers for audit and reference purposes.
