Job summary

CargoX is hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive field-based subscription sales for our autonomous delivery vehicle fleet in the UAE. You will visit potential clients, explain Vehicle-as-a-Service, and convert prospects into subscribers.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, coordinating with operations, and supporting pilot deployments. Fluency in Arabic/Hindi and professional English are required, with willingness to travel across Abu Dhabi and UAE.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree; relevant BD and sales experience accepted.
Prior experience in B2B sales, business development or client field visiting preferred.
Experience with subscription, leasing or other recurring-revenue sales is a plus.
Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, smart mobility, autonomous driving or tech is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and Hindi; proficient in English for client communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to develop new subscription clients across Abu Dhabi and UAE.
Introduce autonomous delivery vehicles and subscription plans, and explain cost advantages.
Prepare quotations and subscription proposals; manage follow-up with clients.
Lead full-cycle BD tasks: negotiations, contract follow-up, and deployment coordination.
Support pilot deployments and convert trials into signed subscriptions.
Maintain relationships with subscribers and assist in renewals and expansions.
Record visit data in CRM and submit regular reports to BD Manager.
Monitor local market trends and competitor subscription offerings.
