Job summary

Star Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking Delivery Runner/Rider for autonomous delivery operations. This is a field role focused on supporting deployments and recovering deliveries when needed. The job involves on-site support, coordination with the Operations Centre, and customer handover in dynamic environments.

The role is shift-based, requires reliable punctuality, and excellent English communication. Previous delivery or field ops experience is preferred; UAE maps knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have prior delivery, courier, or field operations experience.
• Knowledge of UAE locations and navigation/maps is a plus.
• Smartphone use on Android/iOS and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support order pickup and customer handover.
• Respond to dispatch instructions from the Operations Centre.
• Assist with delivery issues such as OTP access or building entry.
• Support order recovery/transfer when an autonomous delivery is interrupted.
• Provide delivery updates with photos, timestamps, and confirmations.
